First my compliments to Miguel Vasquez, for this amount of money you really get a lot of functionality (I also bought the mollie extension, for which the same holds true)!
Now the rest of my review: First a disclaimer, I'm writing this review being from the Netherlands. My remarks will not all be applicable everywhere.
When I look at the current reviews, I see a lot of one star reviews with comments like 'lot's of 500 errors' or 'could not get it installed'. These complaints are bogus. The developer has written a step by step install instruction which is dead simple. Even too simple for my taste, as it will probably also allow people that don't know anything about programming and servers to run this application, which maybe is not the best idea when you start handling payments ;). To put it bluntly: people who don't get it to run are incompetent and shouldn't have tried it in the first place.
I bought this subscription to build upon, and it gave me what I hoped for, and then some more. But of course it is lacking some functionalities. For example, there is no invoice system which makes it transparent for the campaigner what are the costs of the platform. This makes it basically useless in the Netherlands, and probably in most of Europe, because of tax rules. And there are a lot of small issues specific for my needs, like being able to set the target amount to zero or add a fixed fee to a transaction instead of a percentage.
None of my issues are Vasquez' fault of course, and since I am a programmer, I will probably incorporate these things myself. I would however have liked it if the source sass/less files would have been included (hint, hint ;).
Basically: well done. Even if you don't want to use this package as your end product, it is well worth the money just to take a look at for reference.
